Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering or related EHS field.
• 3+ years experience in environmental, health and/or safety field.
• Ability to communicate at all levels including senior management and regulators.
• Strong problem solving skills and root cause analysis.
• Knowledge of Process Safety, Hazard Analysis and emergency planning.

Responsibilities

• Support the Pensacola facility to ensure compliance with EHS requirements and maintain EHS procedures.
• Coordinate training and records for programs like HAZCOMM, Fire Extinguishers, LOTO, Confined Space, Ergonomics, etc.
• Build and maintain relationships with Value Stream Leaders and other stakeholders to support continuous improvement.
• Own and manage Industrial Hygiene monitoring and analysis of reports with corrective actions.
