Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in EHS related field (Engineering or Chemistry) with 3+ years of EHS experience, or Associate Degree with Advanced Safety Certification and 8+ years of EHS experience.
• Experience implementing EHS regulations, conducting incident investigations, and interacting with regulatory agencies.
• Develop practical standards and policies; strong technical writing and business communications.
• Ability to manage projects and work with internal/external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing strategic EHS programs, policies, and procedures.
• Interpret and enforce programs to ensure compliance with external regulations and internal standards.
• Lead EHS initiatives including hazard identification, waste management, and laboratory safety.
• Investigate incidents and injuries to drive corrective actions and KPIs.
• Develop and deliver EHS training on hazard communication, emergency response, and safety programs.
• Collaborate with internal EHS network to share best practices.
