Job summary

Loenbro is seeking an experienced EHS Site Manager for a major data center project in West Valley Phoenix, AZ. This role ensures OSHA compliance, elevates safety performance, and maintains a proactive safety culture.

Ideal candidates have strong construction safety expertise with emphasis on electrical systems and mission-critical environments. The position reports to the EH&S Area Manager and requires leadership of field safety professionals, daily audits, and collaboration with regulatory

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in construction safety.
• OSHA 510 Certification required.
• Experience in electrical safety and data center construction.
• Deep knowledge of OSHA510 standards, risk mitigation, and industrial safety best practices.
• Demonstrated leadership ability with strong communication and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and safety management software.
• Ability to travel periodically as needed.

Responsibilities

• Enforce Loenbro’s safety policies, procedures, and training programs across all site activities.
• Lead, mentor, and support a team of field safety professionals.
• Conduct daily site audits, inspections, and hazard assessments to ensure full regulatory and corporate compliance.
• Lead incident and near-miss investigations, identify root causes, and drive corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate documentation including safety metrics, reports, permits, and regulatory logs.
• Collaborate closely with project leadership, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies to advance safety initiatives.
• Support planning and execution of high-risk activities including electrical work and critical lifts.
• Promote a strong, proactive safety culture through coaching, training, and engagement with the workforce.
