Job summary

Overwatch Mission Critical in Texas seeks a Safety Manager for Data Center Construction Projects to lead all safety programs on site. You will develop policies, conduct inspections, organize training, and drive continuous improvement to protect workers, subcontractors, and the public.

Responsibilities include incident investigations, root cause analysis, regulatory compliance, risk assessment, and metrics-driven safety performance reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as Safety Manager in data center or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and standards in construction.
• Ability to lead and communicate with diverse teams.
• Onsite work five days a week.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement safety policies aligned with industry standards and regulations.
• Conduct safety inspections and address hazards with project managers.
• Organize safety training for employees and subcontractors.
