Job summary

Loenbro Midwest is seeking an experienced EHS Site Manager to provide day-to-day safety leadership on a major power plant project in Lincoln, Nebraska. This management‑level role ensures OSHA compliance, elevates safety performance, and maintains a proactive safety culture across site operations.

The ideal candidate has CHST certification or 5+ years of construction safety experience, strong electrical safety expertise, and proven leadership to guide field teams, coordinate with subcontractors,

Qualifications

• CHST certification or willingness to obtain within 12 months.
• 5+ years of construction safety experience.
• Experience in electrical safety and data center construction.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and risk mitigation.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel periodically.

Responsibilities

• Enforce safety policies and trainings across site activities.
• Lead and mentor field safety professionals.
• Conduct daily site audits, inspections, hazard assessments.
• Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain safety documentation and logs.
• Collaborate with project leadership, subcontractors, and regulators to advance safety.
• Support planning of high-risk activities including electrical work and lifts.
• Foster a proactive safety culture.
