Job summary

T5 Data Centers is seeking an EHS Manager to lead safety, security and environmental compliance across construction sites. The role focuses on ensuring OSHA compliance, training staff, and maintaining robust EHS dashboards to support data center operations.

You will conduct regular site inspections, investigate incidents, and manage document control and coordination with contractors. Strong leadership and communication are essential in a fast-paced data center environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of direct construction safety experience.
• General Contractor experience preferred.
• OSHA 510 and/or 500 a plus.
• CHST or CSP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to safety standards.
• Organize and lead safety training sessions for construction staff.
• Investigate accidents and incidents to identify causes and prevent recurrence.
• Assist coordinators in document control and development.
• Oversee all aspects of construction projects ensuring OSHA compliance.
• Oversee all subcontractors and contractors.
• Update corporate and site specific EHS dashboards.
• Oversees all EHS metrics and will send out reports on a routine basis.

Skills

5+ years of direct construction safety

General Contractor experience

OSHA 510/500 a plus

CHST or CSP preferred

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
