Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in the design, development, and operational oversight of EHS disciplines.
• 5+ years of EHS management experience.
• Experience in aerospace industry is preferred.
• Experience leading a team of EHS engineers and technicians.
• Experience implementing OSHA-aligned safety programs and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day and long-term EHS activities for the team.
• Coordinate with site leadership on EHS involvement in plans and procedures.
• Represent EHS in site management meetings.
• Provide instructional guidance on procedures and safety techniques.
• Implement occupational safety programs per OSHA standards.
• Develop site-specific environmental policies (waste management, permits, spill response, storm water, wastewater).
• Serve as main point of contact for local resource agencies.
