Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
• 4+ years of experience implementing and overseeing environmental, health, and safety disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day and long-term activities of the EHS technician team.
• Coordinate with site leadership and other teams to integrate EHS programs.
• Ensure tasks are completed thoroughly, on time, and documented.
• Develop and maintain site-specific EHS policies and procedures.
• Manage scheduling, timekeeping, and resource allocation.
• Record performance and compliance issues and working with vendors.
• Oversee JHA and PPE assessments and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure readiness for inspections and liaison with regulatory agencies.
• Support emergency response planning and incident investigations.
• Relate with engineers and technicians to improve safety.
