Job summary

ZincFive is hiring an EHS Training Coordinator to establish and manage a scalable safety training program at the Tualatin, Oregon headquarters. You will oversee needs assessment, design, scheduling, delivery, documentation, and effectiveness measurement to ensure employees have the knowledge and skills to work safely.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field required or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in safety coordination, training or compliance training.
• Experience administering or working with a learning-management system (LMS).
• Ability to analyze training data, identify trends, and communicate results to leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, launch, and ongoing operation of ZincFive safety training program to meet OSHA and local regulations.
• Partner with department leaders to identify safety training needs.
• Build and maintain an annual safety training plan and calendar with certifications.
