Westlake is seeking an HSE Specialist to coordinate site activities ensuring compliance with safety programs, OSHA standards, and environmental policies. You will train, coach and lead personnel in Risk Control principles to maintain a safe, healthy workplace.

You will develop and deliver safety training, conduct incident investigations, manage KPI programs, maintain the SDS library, and support safety committees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, occupational health and safety or related field.
• CSP or CIH certification preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; detail oriented.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate site safety programs, recordkeeping, training and inspections.
• Develop and deliver safety training and new hire orientations.
• Assist management with incident reporting and investigations.
• Maintain safety KPI programs and SDS library.
• Lead safety committees and perform root cause analysis on injuries.
• Support Gemba walks and communicate findings to leadership.
