Job summary

Fanatics is seeking a Safety Manager to lead environmental, health, and safety programs across our facilities. You will develop policies, conduct risk assessments, and coordinate emergency drills to protect workers and the environment.

Ideal candidates bring a bachelor’s in a related field and 3–5 years in EHS management in high-risk settings, plus OSHA 30 and CPR/First Aid certifications. Strong collaboration and data-driven improvement mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in an EHS management role in manufacturing/industrial/high-risk environments.
• OSHA 30-hour certification and First Aid/CPR preferred.
• Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and EHS management software.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and continually improve EHS policies, programs, and training.
• Manage hazard assessments, risk analysis, and safety audits.
• Develop emergency response plans and coordinate drills.
• Organize and lead safety training programs for all employees.
• Lead investigations into workplace accidents and environmental incidents to identify root causes.
• Document findings and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee environmental compliance, waste management, and sustainability initiatives.
• Analyze safety data and KPIs to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with leadership to drive continuous safety improvements.
