Legrand is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager for the Moreno Valley, CA distribution center. You will lead site EHS strategy, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive a zero-injury culture while developing leadership capabilities across the site.

You will oversee ISO 14001/45001 deployment, audits, and reporting, manage budgets, and work closely with operations to improve safety performance and environmental stewardship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in environmental health & safety or related discipline.
• 7+ years EHS experience in manufacturing, logistics or distribution environments.
• 3+ years leadership/people management experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead site EHS strategy and roadmap aligned with corporate objectives.
• Manage EHS budget, resources, compliance programs and management systems.
• Lead ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 deployment, audits and certification activities.
• Develop staff and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses, corrective actions, and trend reduction initiatives.
• Drive CSR and sustainability targets.
