Job summary

CelLink Corp’s California R&D and production campus is seeking an Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Operations Manager to champion safety, compliance, and environmental stewardship on site. You will partner with production, engineering and leadership to deploy and improve EHS programs that protect people, the environment, and enable operational excellence.

You will lead audits, risk assessments, and training; oversee hazardous materials handling; drive ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 conformance;

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental sciences, occupational safety, or related field.
• Certifications desired: CSP, CIH, CHMM, OSHA-30, HAZWOPER.
• 3–5 years in comparable EHS roles in high-volume manufacturing.
• Experience with ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 preferred; Auditor credentials a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and refine EHS programs and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT and local regulations.
• Plan facility audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
• Lead the site Safety Committee and deliver EHS training.
• Investigate incidents using root-cause methods and implement corrective actions.
