Job summary

Legrand Environmental Health & Safety Specialist role in Anaheim, CA, sits within the Data Center Power and Control Team. The position focuses on managing facility EH&S programs to ensure a safe and environmentally responsible workplace and to drive a safety culture toward zero injuries.

Responsibilities include leading EH&S programs, incident investigations, training, and ensuring regulatory compliance across air, waste, and wastewater programs.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Environmental Health & Safety or related discipline is required.
• 5+ years of experience in environmental health and safety is required.
• Manufacturing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor safe working conditions with strong floor presence.
• Develop, manage and maintain EH&S programs for improvement, prevention and compliance.
• Drive environmental programs related to air, waste, and wastewater.
• Lead incident investigations with root cause analyses and corrective actions.
• Address unsafe acts, conditions, hazards, and risks and implement corrections.
• Manage Safety Committee and lead safety training events.
