Job summary

Terracon is seeking a field- and office-based environmental project manager to oversee regulatory compliance projects in Greensboro, NC. You will lead assessments, air permitting calculations, report writing, and supplier coordination to ensure contracted scope is delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities include preparing proposals, tracking progress, coordinating with APR stakeholders, and managing invoices and change orders as needed. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, environmental science, or geology.
• Minimum of 6 years’ related experience.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable violation history.

Responsibilities

• Under direct supervision manage and execute environmental compliance projects.
• Prepare proposals and reports for approval by senior professionals.
• Identify, resolve, or escalate problems and minimize delays.
• Analyze project requirements and perform calculations or write reports.
• Estimate costs, resources, and time; monitor activities and allocate tasks.
• Conduct project meetings and prepare status reports for the client.
