Job summary

Terracon in the United States is seeking an experienced Environmental Compliance Project Manager to oversee complex regulatory projects from initiation to closeout.

You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, manage budgets and schedules, prepare proposals and reports, and ensure safety and quality throughout execution.

This role requires a bachelor’s in engineering/science or geology, at least six years of related experience, and a valid driver's license; on-site work in SC preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or Geology.
• Minimum 6 years of related experience.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable history.

Responsibilities

• Manage environmental compliance projects to ensure on-time, on-scope delivery.
• Prepare proposals, reports, and assessments for approval by senior staff.
• Monitor budgets, resources, and schedules to meet targets.
• Lead safety efforts and ensure compliance with safety guidelines.
• Coordinate with APR and client communications throughout the project.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans.
