Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Safety Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 7+ years experience managing environmental, safety, and health programs in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently and re-prioritize as needed.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical skills, and strong verbal & written communication skills.
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available.
• ITAR US person status required.

Responsibilities

• Manages programs, policies, and practices related to environmental, health, and safety compliance.
• Acts as facility coordinator and primary contact for EH&S matters with internal customers and external agencies.
• Develops and implements compliance programs to meet local, state, and federal regulations including OSHA.
• Oversees wastewater treatment, environmental labs, and hazardous materials handling.
• Manages OSHA compliance and interfaces with regulatory agencies; maintains documentation and training.
• Leads EHS committees and provides training on new or revised EHS documents.
