Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in safety or occupational health, industrial hygiene or related field discipline from an accredited institution.
• 3 years of health and safety and environmental experience in manufacturing or similar environment.
• Authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Work with EHS team to coordinate safety activities and monitor plant conditions for safety and compliance.
• Conduct plant audits, assess programs, and report findings with corrective actions.
• Participate in incident investigations and provide root-cause recommendations.
• Conduct employee training programs.
• Monitor compliance with local, state, and federal environmental regulations and assist with improvements.
• Support fatality prevention efforts and partner with location leadership to meet EHS objectives.
