Job summary

The role focuses on injury prevention, regulatory compliance and program execution within a global aerospace leader. The position requires collaboration with site leaders and cross-functional teams to analyze incidents, manage IH activities, and drive continuous improvement in EHS performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in safety, industrial hygiene or environmental field.
• At least 1 year of safety experience in a manufacturing or similar setting.
• Strong knowledge of Federal and State EHS regulations and procedures.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist location with fatality and serious injury prevention efforts and coach site leaders.
• Analyze injury and incident data; support focused injury reduction initiatives.
• Assist with industrial hygiene programs, IH sampling plans, and exposure records.
• Provide technical expertise in injury investigations and root-cause analysis.
• Assist with environmental compliance activities.
• Coach leadership in EHS accountabilities and partner to deliver objectives.
• Lead and assist with other EHS accountabilities.
