Qualifications

• 4-7+ years in EHS with 2-3 years in leadership or multi-site role.
• Experience in regulatory compliance, audits, incident investigation, and risk management.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, warehouse, or distribution environments preferred.
• Multi-site, aerospace, or national experience highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction to implement EHS programs and standards.
• Champion a proactive safety culture across all levels of the organization.
• Partner with operations to embed EHS practices into daily business activities.
• Lead corporate safety committee monthly review meetings.
• Manage incident reports and ensure timely reporting to senior leaders.
• Develop location-specific emergency response and disaster recovery plans.
• Design and deliver EHS training programs and onboarding.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce environmental impact.
