Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Credentials or certifications from Board of Certified Safety Professionals, NEBOSH or equivalent agency.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle of EHS programs and drive operational improvements.
• Manage strategy and maintenance of physical security devices across data centers to ensure zero-downtime operations.
• Anticipate issues, propose solutions, and develop or improve EHS tools/processes; evaluate incident data and track actions.
• Evaluate EHS impact during data center design reviews and define process controls for new processes.
• Ensure AHJ compliance, manage permits and KPIs; drive EHS turn‑up of new locations with campus ownership.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders and serve as a SME in multiple EHS verticals.
