Aecon in Charlotte, NC is seeking an EH&S Advisor to provide health and safety guidance to project teams. Reporting to the EH&S Director, you will audit programs and work with the line organization to drive continuous improvement in workplace safety.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of EH&S experience in the construction industry.
• Degree in Occupational Safety or an environmental-related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience conducting safety-related activities, including but not limited to field inspections and audits.

Responsabilidades

• Promote, educate, and reinforce Company Safety Policies and Regulatory Standards
• Track and report safety-related statistics
• Complete EH&S field inspections, observations, and incident investigation reports
• Provide EHS support to field activities
• Help manage safety programs and third-party safety compliance portals
• Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics
• Interpret data, analyze results and provide ongoing reports
• Identify trends in complex data sets and communicate findings
• Provide technical support to EHS system users and troubleshoot issues
• Assist with implementing new EHS software solutions
• Generate and analyze EHS reports to identify trends
• Write and edit EHS content for websites, newsletters, and training materials
• Research EHS topics to ensure accuracy and relevance
