Job summary

Aecon U.S. is seeking an experienced EH&S Advisor to provide health and safety guidance to the project teams.

You will audit EH&S programs, help develop corrective actions, and work with site leadership to continuously improve workplace safety. Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of construction EH&S experience, a degree in Occupational Safety, and strong skills in analysis, documentation, and communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of EH&S experience within the construction industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Certified or in progress toward a recognized safety certification (e.g., CSP/ASP, CHST, CSHO).

Responsibilities

• Promote and enforce Company Safety Policies and regulatory standards.
• Track and report safety-related statistics.
• Complete EH&S field inspections and incident investigations.
• Provide EHS support to multiple project sites as needed.
• Assist with implementing EHS software solutions and data systems.
• Generate and analyze EHS reports to identify trends and improvements.
