Job summary

The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. is seeking an ESH Coordinator to serve as the EHS subject matter expert for the Manufacturing Unit, ensuring regulatory compliance and alignment with company standards while supporting a safe, sustainable workplace.

This role partners with plant leadership to drive EHS performance, implement strategic initiatives, strengthen safety culture, and foster continuous improvement across management systems and engagement with associates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in environmental, safety, engineering or related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the EHS SME for the assigned Manufacturing Unit and provide guidance on regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Lead the implementation of EHS initiatives to support plant, regional and global goals.
• Ensure compliance with country, federal, state, local and company EHS regulations, standards and policies.
• Support EHS Management System Steering Committee and improvement activities.
• Develop strategies to increase EHS engagement among salaried and hourly associates with cross-functional teams.
• Track, analyze and report EHS metrics and support annual operating plan goals.
