Job summary

The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company is seeking an ESH Coordinator to serve as the Environmental, Health, and Safety SME for the Manufacturing Unit. You will ensure regulatory compliance and support a safe, sustainable workplace while partnering with plant leadership and cross-functional teams.

The role focuses on developing management systems, improving employee engagement, and driving continuous improvement aligned with business and EHS objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in environmental, safety, engineering, or related field.
• Experience in large manufacturing facility EHS programs.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local safety and environmental laws.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the EHS SME for the Manufacturing Unit.
• Lead implementation of EHS initiatives supporting goals.
• Ensure compliance with EHS regulations, standards, and policies.
• Develop strategies to increase EHS engagement with cross-functional teams.
• Track, analyze, and report EHS metrics and KPIs.

Education
