Job summary

You will partner with plant leadership to implement EHS initiatives, manage regulatory requirements, and strengthen the facility's safety culture through data-driven programs and employee engagement. This role emphasizes continuous improvement and effective communication with hourly and salaried teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or equivalent in environmental, safety, or engineering fields.
• Master's or CIH preferred but not required.
• Experience implementing EHS programs in large manufacturing facilities (500+ associates) preferred.
• Experience tracking and reporting EHS data.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the EHS subject matter expert for the Manufacturing Unit.
• Lead the implementation of EHS initiatives to support goals.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, standards, and company policies.
• Support EHS Management System Steering Committee and improvement activities.
• Develop strategies to increase EHS engagement among associates and leadership.
• Track, analyze, and report EHS metrics and KPIs.
