Job summary

Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company is seeking an experienced EHS Manager to lead environmental, health, and safety initiatives across our multi-location operations. You will develop programs, deliver training, and promote a strong safety culture to ensure regulatory compliance and hazard reduction.

In this role, you will manage incident investigations, coordinate with corporate EHS, ensure proper permits and waste handling, and drive continuous improvement in EHS performance across centers

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in an EHS-related field with multi-site exposure.
• Experience developing, implementing, and maintaining EHS programs.
• Ability to measure EHS plan efficacy and adapt tactics.

Responsibilities

• Develop EHS protocols and deliver training to eliminate at-risk behavior and ensure compliance.
• Manage the incident investigation process for EHS events and reporting.
• Liaise with corporate EHS through ongoing communication and reporting.
• Ensure centers have applicable environmental permits, tire storage/disposal, and chemical use compliance; oversee emissions testing.
• Establish waste disposal practices and hazardous spill prevention plans.
