Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in a field related to environmental health and safety, with regulatory knowledge.
• Experience implementing EHS programs in large manufacturing settings, preferably 500+ associates.
• Strong communication and governance skills, with ability to analyze EHS data.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary EHS SME for a Manufacturing Unit and guide regulatory requirements.
• Lead implementation of EHS initiatives supporting plant, regional, and global objectives.
• Maintain compliance with environmental, safety, and regulatory standards and policies.
• Drive EHS improvement strategies, governance processes, and employee engagement efforts.
• Support EHS Management System Steering Committee and improvement activities.
• Track, analyze, and report EHS metrics and KPIs aligned with organizational goals.
