Job summary

Aerotek is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety Manager to lead the development and execution of company-wide EHS programs across facilities and customer sites. You will partner with leadership, operations, engineering, and field teams to establish consistent safety standards and drive continuous improvement on safety performance.

You will build EHS programs from the ground up, train employees, perform jobsite assessments, review PTPs/JHAs/AHAs, and implement corrective actions to mitigate

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of progressive safety experience in construction, industrial, or comparable environments.
• Proven ability to develop and lead EHS programs with measurable outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, ANSI, NFPA requirements and other regulations.
• Experience reviewing PTPs/JHAs/AHAs and implementing corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and rollout of company-wide EHS programs across facilities and deployment sites.
• Partner with leadership and field teams to establish consistent safety standards.
• Conduct jobsite and facility safety assessments to identify hazards and improvements.
• Develop and deliver safety training programs for employees at all levels.
• Track safety performance metrics and drive corrective actions to completion.
