Zusammenfassung

StandardAero is seeking an experienced Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to act as the subject matter expert on employee safety, environmental protection, and process safety in our aircraft maintenance environment in Dallas, TX.

You will develop and lead EHS management system strategy, ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT and local regulations, oversee audits and reporting, and drive continual improvement while maintaining strong cross-functional collaboration with operations and HR.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety or closely related field.
• Minimum 5 years EHS-related work experience.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Working knowledge of OSHA, EPA and DOT regulations.
• Experience with audits, incident investigations and regulatory reporting.

Aufgaben

• Ensure compliance with company and local/state/federal laws (OSHA, EPA, DOT, etc.).
• Develop and lead EHS management system strategy and CI initiatives.
• Review policies and develop new EHS policies and procedures.
• Lead cross-functional EHS teams to improve safety and environmental outcomes.
• Maintain records, permits, and reports for agencies.
• Profile waste streams and compile environmental reporting.
• Administer hazard control programs and perform job hazard analyses.
• Investigate work-related injuries and coordinate return-to-work with HR.
• Train and lead Emergency Response Teams.
• Coordinate handling/removal of hazardous materials and waste.
