Ste. Michelle Wine Estates in Washington state is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Office Clerk to plan, coordinate, and complete administrative and EHS support at the site. You will manage contractor and visitor badge access, NDAs, training records, and documentation while delivering friendly service to employees, contractors, and partners.

The role requires a high school diploma, 2 years of customer service, and proficiency with Excel; bachelor's preferred.

Competenze

• High school diploma required; bachelor's in business or related field preferred.
• 2 years customer service or reception experience.
• Experience with Excel is strongly desired.
• Excellent customer service and professional communication skills.

Mansioni

• Manage contractors, visitors, and employee badge access including check-in and auditing.
• Administer contractor NDAs, tracking, filing, renewals, and records.
• Maintain training records, databases, and EHS documentation.
• Coordinate PPE issuance and mail distribution.
• Maintain accurate records, spreadsheets, and filing systems.
