Ste. Michelle Wine Estates is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Office Clerk for an on-site, full-time position at Columbia Crest Winery in Paterson, WA.

The role includes coordinating administrative tasks, contractor management, safety program support, and maintaining compliance documentation. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma with 2 years of customer service or reception experience, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2 years of customer service or reception experience are expected.
• Experience with Excel is highly desired.
• Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills and a professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Manage contractor, visitor, temporary, and employee badge access, including check-in and audits.
• Administer NDAs and maintain related records.
• Coordinate issuance of PPE to employees, contractors, and visitors.
• Maintain accurate documentation, databases, and filing systems.
• Provide administrative support for EHS programs and training records.
