Job summary

Clayton is seeking an experienced EHS Manager to oversee environmental, health and safety programs at our Hillsboro facility. This role ensures compliance, drives hazard reduction, and collaborates with site leadership to maintain a safe workplace.

You will lead ISO activities, coordinate with Home Office, and mentor area leaders to sustain a healthful work environment. Strong EPA/OSHA knowledge and accurate record-keeping are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (4+ years) in Environmental Studies or related field.
• 3-5 years of related experience.
• Bilingual Spanish-speaking is preferred, but not required.
• General understanding and knowledge of EPA/OSHA regulations and ISO programs.
• Experience in safety culture and industrial environment preferred.
• Excellent presentation skills required.
• Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint Skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain environmental compliance record keeping (monthly material usage, storm water, air permitting, etc).
• Lead ISO certification efforts and EHS committee meetings.
• Administer OSHA 300 log and workers’ compensation processes.
• Conduct regular safety meetings and facility inspections.
• Develop and conduct OSHA training programs.
