Job summary

Clayton Homes is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Coordinator in Hermiston, OR to support the facility's EHS functions with ISO 14001 focus. You will assist in implementing safety and environmental programs, conduct audits, and manage training, incident investigations, and data reporting.

The role partners with the EHS Manager and cross-functional teams to drive sustainability initiatives, compliance, and continuous improvement across operations.

Qualifications

• Experience administering ISO 14001 environmental programs.
• Ability to implement safety and environmental programs.
• Strong attention to detail and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Administer plant environmental procedures and documentation (ISO 14001).
• Ensure regulatory compliance and prepare data for reports.
• Develop projects to meet sustainability objectives.
• Update metrics tracking and report monthly to senior staff.
• Audit procedures and drive ISO 14001 improvements.
• Lead safety training and work with managers on actions.
