Job summary

SIG SAUER, Inc. is hiring a Manager, EHS to lead health, safety and environmental programs across locations. You will develop and maintain compliance systems, coordinate training, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

The role requires a 7+ year EHS background, a degree in EHS or related field, and strong leadership. CSP/CHSM preferred; travel to sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in EHS or related field and 7+ years in EHS with leadership.
• CSP or CHSM certification preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Able to learn EHS, Purchasing and Document Control software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee environmental, health and safety programs at assigned locations.
• Lead compliance with air emissions, stormwater and hazardous waste rules.
• Coordinate safety training and incident investigations.
• Manage audits, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support leadership with performance management and documentation.
