Job summary

SIG SAUER, Inc. seeks a Manager of EHS to lead health, safety, and environmental programs across assigned locations. You will oversee compliance with environmental, occupational safety, and regulatory requirements, manage training, and drive continuous improvement through a proactive EHS team.

The role requires 7+ years in EHS with leadership experience; CSP/CHSM preferred. On-site position with responsibilities including 5S initiatives and incident investigations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in EHS or related field with 7+ years of experience and leadership background.

Responsibilities

• Manage annual testing and compliance programs including audiograms, blood lead, DOT, PIT, and respiratory protection.
• Oversee environmental compliance programs (air emissions, Stormwater, SPCC, tank compliance) and hazardous waste management in line with regulations.
• Lead workers' compensation administration, claim reporting, investigation, and management.
• Provide safety training tracking and program development for lead awareness, respiratory protection, LO/TO, hearing conservation, PIT, and bloodborne pathogens.
• Coordinate team development, performance management, and two-way communication; respond to events within 1 hour when needed.
• Ensure on-site attendance and travel to assigned locations; participate in 5S activities and maintain area in good order.
