Job summary

SIG SAUER, Inc is seeking a Manager, EHS to lead health, safety, and environmental programs across assigned locations in the United States. You will drive regulatory compliance, safety training, and incident investigations while coaching an EHS team and coordinating continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in EHS or related field with 7+ years experience and strong leadership. Proficiency with MS Office and EHS software is essential; CSP/CHSM preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in EHS or related field; 7+ years in EHS with prior people leadership.
• CSP or CHSM certification preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ability to learn EHS, Purchasing and document control software.

Responsibilities

• Manage annual testing requirements including audiograms, lead exposure, and respiratory protection.
• Oversee environmental compliance programs (air emissions, Stormwater, SPCC, hazardous waste) and regulatory inspections.
• Ensure EHS inspections are performed and documented; lead workers' compensation administration.
• Provide safety training and coaching; respond to incidents within 1 hour when needed.
• Coordinate continuous improvement projects; participate in 5S activities and sustainment.
• Communicate with senior leadership and drive corrective actions.
