Job summary

Compulink Cable Assemblies of Florida is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to partner with operations and leadership, applying OSHA regulations and industry standards to design risk-reduction strategies. The role is highly visible in manufacturing and requires engagement with frontline teams to drive injury risk reduction.

Qualifications

• B.S. in EHS, Science or related field; 3+ years in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience with OSHA compliance training preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and communication.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operations, engineering, quality and facilities to address hazardous behaviors and conditions via process hazard analyses.
• Develop and manage site EHS programs including HAZCOM, LO/TO, EAP, PPE, PIT, and related policies.
• Coordinate environmental compliance programs for hazardous and non-hazardous waste.
• Lead site EHS training and coordinate routine EHS audits and inspections.
