Job summary

Compulink, located in Florida, seeks an Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to partner with operations and engineering to reduce injury risk and drive compliance across the site.

The role requires designing and implementing site-wide EHS programs, leading trainings, audits and KPI reporting, and influencing all levels of the organization to close action items. A U.S. Person is required to apply.

Qualifications

• B.S. in EHS or related field; 3+ years in manufacturing.
• OSHA experience and annual compliance training preferred.
• Strong communication, organization and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operations, engineering, quality and facilities to identify and correct hazardous behaviors and conditions through detailed process hazard analyses.
• Develop and manage site EHS programs including HAZCOM, LO/TO, EAP, PPE, PIT and other EHS programs.
• Develop and support environmental compliance programs including hazardous and non-hazardous waste management.
• Coordinate EHS training program including HAZCOM, LO/TO, EAP, PPE, PIT and other safety policies/procedures.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state health and safety regulations and maintain records accordingly.
• Assist OSHA inspections by providing documents and identifying mitigation measures.
• Prepare KPI presentations for monthly EHS reports to site leadership.
• Coordinate and lead site EHS audits and inspections.
• Other duties as assigned.
