Job summary

Southwire Company, LLC is seeking an experienced EHS leader to manage the environmental health and safety function across assigned operations. You will guide a professional team, ensure regulatory compliance, and integrate EHS practices into daily manufacturing activities.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering, industrial safety, or related science, plus 5–7 years of experience in manufacturing safety and environmental programs. OSHA/ASP/CSP/SMS certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field (engineering, industrial safety, or equivalent).
• Experience in manufacturing safety and environmental programs.
• Licenses/certifications: OSHA 10, OSHA 30, ASP, CSP, SMS.

Responsibilities

• Lead EHS function across operations ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Provide guidance to leadership and staff on complex EHS issues and risk mitigation.
• Develop and implement programs fostering safety, compliance, and environmental stewardship.
