Job summary

3A Composites Display and Graphic Arts Americas is seeking an EHS Manager to design, implement, and oversee the organization’s environmental health and safety programs. You will ensure OSHA/EPA compliance and drive a proactive safety culture at the Statesville facility.

You will manage incident investigations, audits, MOC processes, risk assessments and training across shifts, partnering with site leaders to safeguard employees and communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3-5 years EHS experience.
• Certification as Safety Professional is strongly preferred.
• Must interface effectively across all levels and drive safety culture.

Responsibilities

• Manage the site's Integrated Environmental, Health & Safety system and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Drive safety culture and lead the safety committee across the facility.
• Conduct incident investigations, root cause analysis, and ensure proper follow-up.
• Oversee audits, training programs, and safety data sheets; manage MOC and risk assessments.
• Provide emergency response oversight and keep training plans up to date with legal requirements.
