Job summary

Cypress Engine Accessories is seeking an experienced Environmental, Health & Safety Manager to lead and continuously improve our company-wide safety programs across all locations, including field service operations, warehouses, and facilities. The role requires strong regulatory knowledge (OSHA, DOT, PHMSA, EPA), safety training and auditing, incident investigations, and asset and fleet safety management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of EHS experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety requirements.
• Experience with DOT compliance, fleet management, and vehicle safety programs.
• Experience coordinating inspections, certifications, and asset safety compliance.
• Familiarity with MSAs and customer-specific safety requirements.
• Experience with DOT and non-DOT drug and alcohol testing protocols.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and improvement of company-wide EHS policies and programs.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, PHMSA, EPA and other regulations.
• Oversee safety initiatives for field technicians, warehouse staff, and facilities.
• Conduct safety assessments, inspections, and internal audits.
• Manage incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions.
• Maintain safety documentation and training records.
