Lumicity partnered company is seeking an EHS Manager to lead environmental, health, and safety initiatives on site in a manufacturing setting. The role focuses on implementing comprehensive EHS programs, regulatory compliance, and risk reduction across operations.

The ideal candidate brings hands‑on experience with permits, reporting, and major safety systems, driving a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of EPA, OSHA and applicable regulations.
• Experience maintaining environmental permits (NPDES/stormwater, wastewater, No Exposure Certifications).
• Experience in submitting DMRs, permit applications, Tier II reports and related documentation.
• Ability to assess hazards and implement controls with leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain environmental, health, and safety programs.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations in manufacturing.
• Lead training, auditing, and risk-reduction initiatives across the site.
• Manage regulatory reporting, permits, and related documentation.
