The role requires energy in coaching sites, audits, and supporting continuous improvement programs. Ideal candidates bring 5–7 years in manufacturing or distribution, knowledge of OSHA/EPA regulations, and strong communication to influence stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Science, EHS) or equivalent experience.
• Professional certification (CSP, CIH, PE) or ability to become certified is a plus.
• Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in manufacturing, foodservice, or distribution with safety, industrial hygiene, or environmental management.

Aufgaben

• Leads execution of center-developed EHS initiatives across multiple sites.
• Provides proactive EHS guidance and supports risk reduction efforts.
• Conducts EHS program audits and site self-assessments.
• Investigates incidents and supports regulatory interactions (OSHA, EPA).
• Travels up to 75% to support assigned markets and specialties locations.
