Howmet Aerospace has an immediate opening for an Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Manager based in New Brighton, MN. The role oversees multi-site EHS programs across Minnesota facilities, collaborating with local leadership to drive safety and environmental performance.

The candidate will develop and implement EHS plans, ensure OSHA/EPA compliance, and lead training and incident investigations to foster a strong safety culture.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of EHS experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to travel between facilities as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee EHS compliance and programs across Minnesota facilities.
• Develop and drive strategic EHS plans to reduce injuries and environmental impact.
• Coordinate incident investigations and ensure corrective actions are completed.
