Job summary

Bimeda is seeking an experienced EHS Specialist to oversee Environmental, Health, and Safety programs across our sites in the Minneapolis area. You will develop policies, train staff, and ensure regulatory compliance with OSHA, EPA, and local regulations.

This hybrid role requires three onsite days weekly, with additional presence as needed to support operational excellence and a strong safety culture. Collaborating with leadership and plant teams, you will lead incident investigations, risk

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in EHS or related field.
• 6+ years managing EHS programs in industrial settings.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and related regulations.
• Experience in multi-site operations, pharmaceutical background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advise leadership on EHS across multiple sites.
• Develop and implement safe management systems.
• Lead EHS policies and training programs.
• Support incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Oversee environmental compliance and permitting requirements.
• Collaborate on safety and environmental improvement initiatives.
• Monitor workplace conditions and perform risk assessments.
• Lead safety audits and remediation planning.
• Partner with managers to drive EHS engagement.
• Report EHS metrics to senior leadership.
