A global supplier of industrial components is seeking an experienced EHS Manager to develop and ensure compliance with environmental and safety programs. Located in Williamstown, OH, the ideal candidate will possess over 3 years of experience in manufacturing environments, with a strong emphasis on safety. Responsibilities include implementing safety systems, reducing workplace injuries, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years of experience as an EHS Manager in a manufacturing setting.
• Supervisory experience is preferred but not required.
• Multi-site experience would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain safety and environmental programs complying with regulations.
• Implement programs to reduce occupational injuries and illnesses.
• Correct working conditions using knowledge of safety standards.
• Leverage HSE best practices across multiple sites.
• Maintain Environmental and Safety Management systems per ISO standards.
