Job summary

EPC Power Corp. is seeking an experienced EHS Manager to oversee all environmental, health, and safety programs across manufacturing and field commissioning. The role partners with site teams and regulators to ensure compliance and promote a strong safety culture.

You will lead audits, incident investigations, and ISO 14001 initiatives while driving ESG alignment and continuous improvement. Willingness to travel to facilities and customer sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Industrial Engineering, Occupational Safety, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• 10+ years of progressive EHS experience, with at least 5 years in manufacturing/industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, NFPA, and related safety/regulatory standards.
• Experience in commissioning or construction environments with emphasis on electrical safety.
• Professional certifications (CSP, CIH, or similar) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead EHS programs for manufacturing and on-site commissioning environments.
• Promote proactive risk identification and continuous safety improvement.
• Lead audits, risk assessments, drills, and incident investigations.
• Maintain ISO 14001 Environmental Management System and environmental permits.
• Collaborate on ESG initiatives and align EHS with sustainability goals.
• Train and mentor staff; manage EHS documentation and reporting.
