Job summary

Air Products is seeking a Field EHS Manager to provide on-site leadership during construction, commissioning, and operation interfaces. You will identify hazards, lead risk controls, and engage contractors to ensure tasks are performed safely and in compliance with company and site EHS standards.

The role requires strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and ISO standards, plus proven experience in incident investigations, risk assessments, audits, and emergency preparedness.

Qualifications

• EHS management experience in construction environments.
• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, ISO standards.
• Ability to lead hazard analysis and JHA/HAZID.
• Experience with audits, incident investigations, and corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement EHS policies ensuring compliance with regulations and site standards.
• Lead risk assessments, JHA/HAZID, and corrective actions to reduce incidents.
• Oversee EHS inspection programs and contract safety.
• Support emergency preparedness plans and drills.
• Develop and implement EHS plans and programs.
