Qualifications
Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive EHS management experience in a chemical, pharmaceutical, or high-hazard manufacturing environment.
In-depth knowledge of OSHA PSM, EPA RMP, RCRA, and other relevant US regulations.
CSP or CIH certification is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
Ensure the plant’s strict adherence to all applicable EHS regulations.
Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive safety programs.
Lead the plant’s safety committee and drive employee engagement in safety initiatives.
Develop and maintain the site’s emergency response plans and procedures.
